The Council of Conservative Citizens is a group of updated know-nothing types, who believes the United States is a Christian country, a white country, a European-American country, and the rest of it. At its National Conference held in Nashville, CofCC member, anti-Semite, racist, homophobe James Edwards live-broadcast his white supremacist, neo-nazi, hate-talk radio show, Political Cesspool, which is carried by Stormfront Media.

During the broadcast from the CofCC National Conference, a guy named Tim Adams told this story:

Adams describes himself as a Clinton primary supporter, who later voted for McCain in the 2008 general election. While a student at the University of Hawaii, he says he was working a temp position and came to know from his superiors at the local Honolulu elections office, part of the City Clerk’s office, that Barack Obama was not born in that city or county or anywhere in the State of Hawaii.

In early 2009, Timothy Lee Adams self-published a print-on-demand book, The River And Other Stories, which was apparently an update of a 2007 book, “Stories I’ve Finished Before I’m Dead.” This first issue was marketed as fiction. The book, as reissued, is categorized “motivational” and similar categories; assuming from that, if the stories are about his own life, he was as miserable and hateful a child as he appears to be as an adult.

He hated everybody and everybody hated him. His brother put him in a clothes dryer when he was small and turned it on. His schoolmates cut off a German Shepherd’s head and put it in his locker. He tried to kill his own brother who abused him. The Army later diagnosed him as mentally ill and his fellow soldiers wouldn’t be in the same room with him. (Ya think?)

He had a 1.8 GPA in high school, and today he is a graduate student at Western Kentucky University, where he taught English classes as a graduate teaching assistant, until recently. I guess that’s the “motivational” part and certainly to his credit. Adams describes his book as a “collection of anecdotes” on his xray3delta YouTube channel.

Adams has posted over the years as ‘xray3delta’ at various sites, such as this thread at Yahoo! Answers, advising a woman who had lost her husband to murder:

In a case like that, we are reminded that law enforcement were once titled “Peace Officers,” because by enforcing law, they prevented private acts of vengeance, however, the legal systems failure to execute its duty in no way negates your right to redress or to vengeance. If this was a crime that has no direct ties to some conflict between your husband and the perpetrator, I would suggest some willing parties be found to go and kill the man. If law enforcement is unwilling to do their job, society cannot allow lawlessness to go unpunished.

Source(s):
I am, among other things, an ex-convict and murderer.

Okey-dokey.

Posting as ‘kalihihaole’ at Topix, he gave his email address beginning xray3delta@[redacted]. In February of 2009, also on Topix:

Notice, another white woman attacked by some “guy” yeah, let’s see how brown the F*****R is when he’s brought in. More local culture on display. Time we weeded out those who are unfit for society and the government that won’t get rid of them with them.

For a short time he had a blog about Hawaii under the name of “Brian Johnson,” where he also obsessed over crime, violence and race. His skinhead photo can be seen online with his writings as Timothy Lee Adams and as Brian Johnson, which is also the name on his MySpace profile, and the character representing himself in his story or anecdote, “The River,” which can be read here, with whom Adams has a conversation as “Author.” As Brian Johnson on his blog about Hawaii, he refers to his books, which are the same books published by Timothy Lee Adams.

If I am reading Adams’s MySpace page right, he may not have been in Hawaii–which he refers to repeatedly as “ghetto paradise”–for the full month of May, according to an August 18, 2008 post:

Well, it’s almost the end of August and I haven’t written since I returned from my trip down under in May. My bad, spank me with a wet noodle. Sorry, I have a life, such as it is. … I’ve been employed by the City of Honolulu, managing an office for the upcoming national and state elections, but I’m on leave til August 21st and I don’t think I’ll be going back.

So he worked two full months, maybe three, and then went “on leave” before quitting the job altogether. When exactly did this “leave” start and what was its duration? What was the reason for it? Whose idea was it that Adams go “on leave”; his or his employer’s? Why didn’t he work through the November elections, when there would finally be some actual balloting for him to oversee that concerned Obama? Was he already a PUMA Birther when he took the job and did he take the job so that he could see what he could see? And did he get caught in an audit, possibly, trying to access records he had no business looking at as an elections clerk?

I scrolled through his MySpace blog and I picked up no reference to Hillary Clinton, so I’m not sure how dedicated a Clintonista he was in 2008–although at one point he called for death to Obama and McCain supporters, which might be some indication.

On Newsvine he posted this charming sentiment:

timothy adams

…All of your, both McCain and Obama supporters are filth, civil war now, kill them all.
#626 – Thu Oct 23, 2008 7:41 PM EDT

Since he voted for McCain, I guess his deeper hostility was toward Obama. Yet I saw no reference to Obama on his MySpace blog, except for one, and not even on Election Day.

Tomorrow we have two big events going on here in Ghetto P. At 1600hours, a group from Westboro Baptist Church will be protesting over at Punchbowl Cemetary just before the funeral for Barack Obama’s tutu (grandma). I plan to be there, while I don’t agree with these folks on some issues, it’s definitely a blessing to have a group of Christians who accurately and blatantly put the real Gospel of Jesus Christ out in the public view. I’m sure all the watered-down, milquetoasts religios will come out to disparage them. It’s okay, none of them are Christian, nor saved anyway. Hell is full of them.

He planned to picket Obama’s grandmother’s funeral and is not ashamed to say so on MySpace. Nice. I am sure Jesus would be pleased.

So, in the course of working a few months, this older college student/temporary worker somehow achieved the title of “Honolulu Chief Elections Clerk,” according to him. World Net Daily originally called Adams a “college professor,” later changing it to “instructor,” and confirmed with the Honolulu elections office of the City Clerk that Adams temped there from Spring 2008 through July, as “senior elections clerk.” Glen Takahashi, elections administrator for the City and County of Honolulu, also told WND, “Of course we know that Barack Obama has a Hawaiian birth certificate, the state says so.”

But Adams says different, in his “professional opinion” after a couple, three months temping:

Adams stressed, “In my professional opinion, [Obama] definitely was not born in Hawaii. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that he was not born in Hawaii because there is no legal record of him being born there. If someone called and asked about it, I could not tell them that person was born in the state.”

Adams implies he had access to, well, something at the elections office:

“They may say, ‘We don’t have access to that.’ The regular workers don’t, the ones processing ballots; but the people in administration do. I was the one overseeing the work of the people doing the balloting.”

What balloting? Tim Adams would have seen no presidential ballots, which wouldn’t even have been printed yet, or overseen the work of anyone who did, since three months before the November 4, 2008 general election, Adams was no longer employed in that office. No ballot for Obama himself would have been processed in Hawaii, as he was not registered to vote in Hawaii, but in Illinois, where he did vote. So for what earthly reason would his personal data be available to people in this office? Unless they were breaking privacy laws left and right, just for the hell of it, which we know can happen, and snooping into the Department of Health database, which I don’t imagine was any easier then than it is now.

He also gets more specific:

I had direct access to the Social Security database, the national crime computer, state driver’s license information, international passport information, basically just about anything you can imagine to get someone’s identity,” Adams explained. “I could look up what bank your home mortgage was in. I was informed by my boss that we did not have a birth record [for Obama].

But his boss wouldn’t have access, either:

However, when WND asked Takahashi if the elections office could check on birth records, he said, “We don’t have access to that kind of records. [There's] no access to birth records.”

As Doc Conspiracy points out:

Adams is now trying to distance himself from the white supremacists hosts of the radio show.

However, in neither of these, nor in his interview with WorldNetDaily, does Adams say what he saw or failed to see, and what he based his opinion on. If he actually claimed to have queried any of those federal databases about Obama, he would be admitting to a federal crime (Title 18, United States Code, Sections 1030(a)(2)(B) and 1030(c)(2)(A)) and could face up to a year in prison and a $10,000 fine.

A Friend of Politijab called Hawaii and spoke to a ten-year assistant to a county elections administrator:

She stated that they only have access to the State Voter Registration system. She started laughing when I read her the list of databases this guy claimed to have access to as a temporary employee no less.

Doc Conspiracy has also received word from Hawaii:

Our records indicate that Mr. Adams was employed in a clerical position as an Elections Clerk. Our office does not have access to birth records. Birth records are handled by the State of Hawaii, Department of Health.

Adams also claims that, while he was working there, 50 documents related to American diplomats were stolen, so it could be known who they voted for and they could be subjected to blackmail, or some other kind of pressure, presumably by the Obama administration. But again, nobody had voted yet when Adams says this happened. It would have to be the November elections that counted to anyone wanting to blackmail diplomats (!) or even for there to have been ballots involved at all.

Adams told WND, “I managed the absentee-ballot office. It was my job to verify the voters’ identity.”

Since Hawaii has a Caucus/Convention system, which that year was held on February 19, not a Primary, for the election of convention delegates, absentee ballots, such as from members of the diplomatic corps, would have played no part. You’d have to be physically present to participate in a Caucus. (Even absentee ballots unconnected to the presidential election were not mailed out until August 17, when Adams was no longer working at the elections office.)

So, yeah, right. Sounds like a typical Birfoon creation to me. Do we really think access to vital statistics databases, with protected personal identifying information, is tossed to temps? Of course not, and Adams never claims to have seen anything for himself about Obama’s birth certificate, just that he heard some office gossip on his summer job that there was none on file, after the office was besieged by calls from what would have then, most likely, been PUMA Birthers.

Then two years later, out of the blue, he decides to expose all on a hate-radio broadcast, beaming out from a white supremacist confab. What took him so long? He says he is no longer bound by a confidentiality agreement with his former employer.

Yet another bright shiny object for gullible Birfers.

Yet another right wing nutjob and all the hatred that comes with it.

Only worse, because a disabled veteran with a history of mental problems, a scary guy at that, is being promoted and exploited to further the Birther movement’s agenda. Anything, anything at all, is fair game, as long as it can potentially harm the President.

Update: Phil from the Right Side of Life has a statement from Tim Adams. I’ll let Phil tell it his way, without comment, but here is the statement from Adams:

Thank you for the Email. Actually I believe God has a sense of humor, because I thought these notions were pretty well common and not very important. I was actually just in Nashville, observing a conservative political conference, I’m not a member of any kind of group, and too liberal for these guys, when James Edwards, the host of the Political Cesspool, heard about me from someone and asked if I would simply state what I had observed and been told while working in Hawaii. I believe Pres. Obama was born a United States citizen, and is eligible to hold office, I find the idea that because he was probably born outside of the U.S., he must be some kind of alien to be basically racist. I do think we should close this issue and pass legislation requiring office seekers to prove identity before running for elected office.

Thanks for the kind inquiry

Okay, a brief comment. Phil seems to think World Net Daily made Tim Adams look bad in some way. I disagree with that: WND made the guy look a lot better than he’s done himself.

But I find Adams and his presentations of himself puzzling, in that we keep meeting two different personalities. I started out thinking he was just another violence-minded, right wing hatemonger and concluded, while that may still be true, he’s a guy with mental issues acting out. My latest thought is, and it’s at least possible, he is playing head games with everybody else, engaging in a kind of performance art, and we can expect his next book to be about his fleeting time in the elections office of the Honolulu City Clerk.

We’ll have to see how this all shakes out, but the fact remains, he claims information he had no access to, gained from people who also had no access. So for Birtherism and its discontents, his story is still a no-go.

He’s announced on Free Republic and his YouTube channel that President Obama’s middle name, Hussein, is not a tribal name, not a Luo name.

TREMENDOUSLY IMPORTANT FINDINGS … There you have it in the words of President Obama’s own brother in Kenya. Both President Obama and his borther’s second name, “HUSSEIN”, is NOT a Kenyan name, and is certainly NOT a tribal name for the Luo tribe or any other tribe in? East Africa.

No shit, Dick Tracy. I thought this was all sorted out back when the PUMAs were the Birthers.

Before Obama’s grandfather was known as Hussein Onyango Obama, he was plain old Onyango Obama, ever since his birth in his native Luo village of Nyang’oma Kogelo, Siaya. While living for a time as an adult in Zanzibar, he converted from Christianity to Islam and chose for himself the added, self-appointed, commemorative, non-Luo, first name of Hussein, which subsequently went down in the Obama family, eventually reaching President Barack Hussein Obama.

As Juan Cole wrote in 2008:

Obama’s grandfather Hussein Onyango Obama, from whom his middle name comes, served in the British army during World War I and for some time was a Christian who served missionaries. He ultimately converted to Islam in Zanzibar.

Hussein Onyango Obama’s third wife, Sarah, explained it to the Associated Press around the same time:

Obama’s grandfather had converted to Islam from Roman Catholicism and taken the name Hussein, Sarah Obama said, but his children had inherited only the name, not the religion. Each person should be able to choose how they worshipped, she said.

That should be simple enough for even I, Lucas Smith to understand.

What the hell is wrong with people? I’d bet money most at least some of these shitheads will turn out to be Birthers, with a dash of PUMA.

DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — Nine people were indicted Wednesday on federal charges of accessing President Barack Obama’s student loan records while they were employed for a Department of Education contractor in Iowa.

The U.S. attorney’s office said a grand jury returned the indictments in U.S. District Court in Davenport.

All nine are charged with exceeding authorized computer access. They are accused of gaining access to a computer at a Coralville office where they worked between July 2007 and March 2009, and accessing Obama’s student loan records while he was either a candidate for president, president-elect or president. …

Arraignments are scheduled for May 24. The charge is punishable by up to one year in prison and a fine of up to $100,000.

Associated Press

The Des Moines Register concludes the company is Vangent Inc.:

U.S. attorney’s office spokesman Mike Bladel declined to identify the employer or say whether additional charges were pending.

One of the accused, Julie L. Kline, 38, of West Branch was listed as a supervisor at Vangent Inc. (Pearson, NCS) in Coralville from January 2001 to June 2009 on Facebook Wednesday evening. The job information was later removed.

Vangent Inc. is a consulting firm that serves the federal government, higher education institutions and corporations. The company was known as Pearson Government Solutions until it was sold to Veritas Capital in February 2007. Vangent’s headquarters is in Arlington, Va., and the company has an office in Coralville, according to its website.

That is confirmed by Eastern Iowa News Now, who spoke with one of the employees named in the indictment:

Teague said in order to do their job, they had different ID numbers for each database they had to look up. She said they even had different ID numbers for different versions of the same database, and even on different systems. She said those ID numbers would change every 30 days.

“I had seven different numbers, and I couldn’t remember them all, all the time,” said Teague.

She said she wrote them on a sticky-note and attached that to the inside of her desk drawer.

“It was assumed that the building had better controlled access, but it turns out it wasn’t,” said Teague.

Teague said she was questioned by special agents for the Department of Education, Office of Inspector General. Teague said after that interview, the agent suggested a better place to keep her ID numbers. It was at that time Teague thought the matter was resolved.

Teague said what gave her the most relief was when that agent told her she wasn’t checked into the building when Vangent’s computers say Obama’s records were accessed.

And I am relieved you will now know enough not to put sticky notes in your desk that provide access to confidential information. Not that it’s any secret the president had student loans, like most of us. So what could the hackers possibly hope to find? KENYAINDONESIAPAKISTANAFGHANISTAN. And somebody would have paid, if my suspicions are correct, so they’d need to be found and punished along with these idiots in Iowa.

Eastern Iowa News Now also has posted a press release from the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Iowa.

This one from Hawaii! All you have to do is send Ed Hale a hundred bucks on or after March 31. (In case that link disappears, here is a PDF.)

He posted on Wednesday:

Soon on the Plains Radio Network’s “Lions Den” we will reveal the location of Obama orginal BC here on the Plains Radio Network web site.

If you want a password for the chat room/forum, then you will need to donate $100.00 to Plains Radio to help pay for this. It cost us $25,000.00 to get it and it has been verified by 3 colleges to be the orginal Birth Certificate of Obama. We will revel this location to all those present in the chat room and only those in the chat room will get to see it.

Once we have recieved your donation, you must fill out the password request form. We must have both at the same time to make sure we have the right person. If everything is correct, we will send you a password.

I will post the paypal link on here on 3/31/10 at 9 am central – the 1st 500 people who pay $100.00 each will get to view the documnet.

That’s a lot of money, $25,000, and anyone can see why he might want it back, with scads of interest!, but in August, 2008, also according to him, the first FKBC cost him $1,000 paid to a woman named “Shirley.”

In October, 2008, on Sean Hannity’s forum—that link no longer works, but the post was also captured on the PUMA site, HillBuzz—this was Ed’s story:

Ed Hale confirms they are in possession of Certified copies of Obama Kenya Birth Cert

I guess the time has come to set the story about Obama Kenya Birth Certificate. I hosted Phil Berg on our No Obama Talk show on August 21, 2008. We then had Phil back on August 28, 2008. At that time I was contacted by one of the HCSFJM member by phone who told me that they were a importer/exporter and they had connection in Kenya. I talked to this person and also talk to Phil about it. We then discussed a plan on how to get the BC to the USA. We knew that Obama would do anything to stop this. We decide that Caren and I would be the decoy. We would announce that this BC would be shipped to Carens work place. Actually the BC was never coming to us. Our member was able to find the BC and it cost $1000.00 to get. There was 3 copies of the BC sent to the USA via 3 different carries to 3 different people.

In early August, 2009, when the Bomford Fake Kenyan Birth Certificate first appeared, when Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. filed it as an exhibit in Keyes v. Obama, Ed Hale said in his chat room that he was the one who passed that document, or photograph of that document, to her. I wasn’t in that chat, but people I know were and they confirmed that Ed made the statement. Subsequently, he said so on the radio and this I heard with my own ears, though I can’t locate the archive of the show I heard, that the Bomford Fake Kenyan Birth Certificate was the one he received and passed on to Orly.

However, I don’t believe it. The Bomford FKBC was the one Orly filed and the one the Punkster revealed as a fake last August, just a few days later. According to the creator, who turned up on Free Republic recently as “KenyanBCPunkster” explaining the hoax, and who managed to convince me he was legit, the Bomford FKBC did not exist before January, 2009, and was destroyed that August.

Ed was already talking about it months before the Bomford FKBC even existed:

There was 3 copies of the BC sent to the USA via 3 different carries to 3 different people. HCSFJM had a member very near Phil and this was the primary target. I received a email on September 14,2008 from our member. The email said “The packages are on their way”. I knew that the BC had been secured and was enroute to the USA. 3 days later I received another email that said “The package has been delivered”. I knew that our member had deliver the BC to Phil. In addition to Kenya BC, there is 3 certified statement from people who stated they were present when Obama was born.

But a month later, in October, 2008, according to World Net Daily: “Berg told WND last week he does not have a copy of a Kenyan birth certificate for Obama that he alleges exists.”

Ed supposedly paid Stephen Pidgeon $10,000 to go to the docks to meet the ship that FKBC came in on. He also paid, he said in court papers, $840 for Obama’s parents’ divorce papers, which were expected to contain the original birth certificate, but didn’t.

This is all money he collected from trusting Birfoons, so, keeping that in mind ..

Ed Hale says he has in his possession now: “… the real long form BC of Obama from Hawaii. … BHO is NOT A AMERICAN CITIZEN,” which he says he bought from a retired Hawaii civil servant. He said on his radio show that the President’s original birth certificate from Hawaii, which he now has and has had “carbon-dated,” shows the birthplace of Mombasa, Kenya.

The reason I am not going to open this forum or chat room up is that I will be out $36,000.00. That is what I agreed to do. I will pay $35,000 total to the people who are involuded. That money was put in a excrow account in a bank and it take both my signature and their signature on the check to get the money. Then they sent me the document for testing. That is why if it is real I am going to charge $100.00 per password to people to get in to view the document.

And the cost is up to $36,000 from $25,000 when he first posted his announcement on Wednesday.

As far as I know, he is still hoping to draw in a cool fifty thousand on this little gambit, because: “If it is not worth $100.00 to you to save your country, then you need to go to another country.”

Love it or leave it.

The poor pitiful Birfoons, nobody wants them.

We’ve always banned truthers at RedState. Increasingly, we have also banned a number of individuals who think Barack Obama is disqualified from being President because despite the Republican Governor of Hawaii confirming the legitimacy of the Democratic President’s birth origin as a citizen of the United States.

Today I want to reaffirm and make it more definitive. If you think 9/11 was an inside job or you really want to debate whether or not Barack Obama is an American citizen eligible to be President, RedState is not a place for you.

Birfers and Truthers are not welcome here. Period. End of Story.

Good enough.

We should also remember it was the Clintonistas who started the birfer rumor and the most vocal truthers live in Hollywood and voted for Obama.

I will own that Birtherism was started by Clinton supporters during the primaries, although it never took off anywhere near the way it has among the Republican right, but in my observation, Trutherism is pretty bipartisan. Even Noam Chomsky denies the deniers, while Tea Bagger Debra Medina has exposed herself as a Truther. It wasn’t leftists who had Joseph Farah give a speech last weekend at the Tea Party Convention or were cheering Miki Booth’s waving birth certificates around while running for Congress from OK-02. Anyhow, both our sides have nuts, let’s face it. (Can you tell I’m getting a little tired of people trying to push this all off on the left?)

That is not, however, an excuse for us to associate with the nuts.

Yes!

But don’t stop there.

As Adam Serwer points out so fittingly, regarding the Debra Medina and Glenn Beck fracas:

But look, I can see how this can get confusing for the tea-party folks. After all, you’re supposed to believe that ACORN stole the 2008 election despite the fact that ACORN has never been caught stealing any election, ever. … You’re supposed to think that the Obama administration has given Interpol the right to arrest U.S. citizens, even though he hasn’t. You’re supposed to believe that the Obama administration’s appointment of policy advisers colloquially known as “czars” is unprecedented (even though it isn’t) and portends a potential communist takeover. You’re supposed to believe that the scientific consensus on global warming has been manufactured in order to facilitate the creation of a one-world socialist government.

That’s a lot of crazy theories without any evidence to believe. So you can hardly blame tea-party folks if they get confused about which evidence-free conspiracy theories are OK, which ones you have to believe to be taken seriously as a member of the movement, and which evidence-free conspiracy theories might get you disavowed. It’s confusing!

May William F. Buckley, Jr. finally rest easy in his grave. The poor guy must be tired of all the rolling.

Hate Crimes against me by the Obama-media need to be criminally prosecuted

That’s it. I am so outraged by the outrageous lies and slander coming from Pro-Obama media thugs, that if this does not stop immediately, I will file a criminal complaint against a number of reporters, demanding criminal prosecution for hate crimes.

Many of these reporters erroneously believe that hate crimes can be committed only against gays and lesbians or African- Americans. That is not true. It can be a hate crime against any group of people.

Well, she is Jewish, but it’s not clear she thinks she is being abused for her religion or for simply being a remarkably stupid Birfoon. Eh, she is just a slave to media attention and Sarah Palin’s getting it all. It hurts. But I am reminded that last September she actually did argue in a court filing that Birfers were an ‘insular, discrete minority’:

…the Plaintiffs status as a discrete and insular minority (which includes an exceptionally large number of members of the U.S. Military) has made them members of a new class, scorned in the establishment press as “birthers”.

In short, the Plaintiffs ask this Court allow the Constitutionally correct but politically powerless minority to restore the majority to the straight and narrow path, not just even, but especially when this majority have lost their path midway along the road of life in a dark wood. (cf. Dante, Inferno, Canto 1, ll. 1-4).

Of course, she never wrote that, never would have even thought of it on her own. Charles Lincoln, III wrote it, without a doubt, but she seems to be using his argument. How flattering for CEL3. She must be missing him, all things considered, one brain being significantly better than no brain.

She goes on in her web site post:

Survey after survey, poll after poll show that US as a nation is moderate-conservative. Many publications and networks such as Huffington Post, Daily Beast, Politico, Salon.com, MSNBC and CNN are ideologically on the far left fringe of the society. there is a complete disconnect between the beliefs of the society as a whole and beliefs of the reporters and editors of these publications. They don’t represent any balance, they don’t show a drop of journalistic integrity.

That would be the World Socialist Web and CounterPunch, like that, Orly, out on the fringe left. Not one of the media outlets you named are even remotely extreme left. The MSM is called the MSM, because it is mainstream. Now, you, you are definitely on the far right fringe, not mainstream. Do not try to represent your moronic beliefs as belonging to American society as a whole. Most Americans are not hate-mongering neanderthals. And we do have the First Amendment; a Constitutional expert like yourself knows that?

Lately reporters like Tery Krepel, Keith Olbermann, Rachel Maddow, Chris Mathews and a few other reporters, as well as editors of their papers and executives of their networks have gone even further. It is beyond journalistic malpractice and defamation of character. They are so full of vitreous, of hatred against me for having the courage to seek the truth and seek release of all of Obama’s vital records, that these individuals went much further Their complete lies, slander, misrepresentation of facts, verbal assaults, insults and tremendous emotional distress and anguish they brought on me, have qualified their acts as a Hate Crime, which can be punished by a prison term.

Man, being full of vitreous must be uncomfortable.

This has to stop now. They have to publish a retraction and an appology. They have to give me an opportunity to provide truthful information and a rebuttle and they have to provide truthful reporting. I don’t know if Eric Holder Department of Justice will prosecute them, but some of the state Attorney Generals or local District Attorneys will. Also, the political landscape is changing. People are rising and there will be another Attorney General in charge of Justice Department one day.

Haha, she still thinks President Palin will appoint Orly Taitz Attorney General.

Additionally, I believe that actions by Judge Land in GA were so outrageous, that those actions qualify as a hate crime against me.

Rebuttle.

Aha, perhaps this is what’s got Orly so upset. John Avlon’s new book, Wingnuts: How the Lunatic Fringe is Hijacking America, does not have her on the cover.

wingnuts-cover

Read: The Secret History of the Birthers

But there’s an inconvenient truth liberals are going to have to confront: The Birthers began not on the right, but on the left.

Yes, John, we know PUMAs were the founding mother-fuckers of Birfistan. That’s why we liberals sometimes use the term PUMA-Birthers, to distinguish the wee number of them from their mother-fucking offspring.

Somebody asked me a couple of days ago if I’d noticed that Republicans had started a push to pin Birtherism on Democrats. A Trentonian editorial yesterday might bear that out:

In a way that you’ll hear even if you forgot to activate your hearing aid, progressives will tell you that the birthers are right-wing extremist kooks funded and otherwise encouraged by Republican Party instigators.

They will tell you that the “Tea Bag” protesters were mostly mobs of birthers provoked to run amok by Bill O’Reilly and the Fox gang.

Indeed, an acquaintance of ours who confesses to involvement in the Tea Bag activities also seems plugged into the birther network. He may or may not qualify as a full-fledged birther. In any event, he was able to advise us that a fellow named Phil Berg is the go-to guy on the Obama birth issue. …

“I am,” Berg is quoted as proudly asserting, “a lifetime Democrat.”

Maybe we won’t mention any of this to our progressive friends. Why deprive them, in any measure, of the joy of a good, cathartic rant against right-wing extremist “Republican” birther kooks?

Yes, Phil Berg is a lifetime Democrat and early Birther. Ed Hale is another example. Yes, early Birther PUMAs were Democrats who packaged this conspiracy, as Hillary Clinton supporters in the primaries, tied it with a blue ribbon and handed it over to the Republicans, particularly after Sarah Palin joined the Republican ticket. So I don’t find this news in the least shocking. But who ever heard of the PUMAs? Very few. The truth is the Birther movement is fueled by the rightmost wing of the Republican Party and has been for over a year, with the tacit or overt encouragement of many Republican elected officials. It has been led by Republican Birther kooks like Orly Taitz, who regularly calls for the overthrow of the government, armed and otherwise, far more intensely and publicly than by Democratic Birther kooks like Phil Berg.

So you can say both parties have their Birther kooks, but how many? 93% of Democrats and 88% of Independents believe the President was born in the United States; only 42% of Republicans do. So where would you think the Birthers are coming from?

There may well be liberal or progressive sites in Birfistan, I don’t know of any, but you can’t toss a pebble without hitting a right wing Birther site, like this one, this one, this one, this one, this one, this one, this one, this one, this one, and so on. I don’t know of a left wing version of American Grand Jury clogging the courts and harassing Congress with frivolous Birther claims, either.

There may well be Birther freak politicians who are Democrats, I don’t know of any. Yet I can list from the right wing:
