Taitz Files “Tantrum Wrapped In A Pleading”

Unbelievably, if it weren’t Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. doing it, a Motion for Reconsideration in the severed case of Liberi v. Taitz has been filed in Pennsylvania. First, if you’re going to file anything, file a Motion to Dismiss in California where the case is being sent, for crissake. But the worst part is the document contains personal identifying information, such as Social Security Numbers and other data, which is what this case is so much about, and for which Taitz has been admonished in the past. A despicable excuse for a human being, she is, never mind a lawyer.

06/14/2010 121 MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION OF THE ORDER TO SEVER AND TRANSFER THIS CASE TO TEXAS AND CALIFORNIA, FILED BY DEFTS’ DEFEND OUR FREEDOMS FOUNDATIONS, INC., ORLY TAITZ.(gn, ) (Entered: 06/14/2010)

I will fill in the link later if I can come up with the document with the personal information blacked out, AS IS REQUIRED BY LAW.

A Politijab lawyer called it, “merely another tantrum wrapped in a pleading” and that’s about what it is. He predicts:

As entertaining as this latest filing is, I think Taitz is beginning to run out of steam. According to her recent postings, all she’s got left is her quo warranto case in D.C., where she’s still hopeful that she will be allowed discovery. Problem is, that train left the station a few weeks ago.

Taitz is done in her eligibility litigation. All she is going to get is to litigate the internecine cases now. Maybe she can get some discovery in them.
