Liberi v. Taitz: Urgent

Phil Berg has responded to the tantrum wrapped in a pleading thrown by Orly Taitz last week in Liberi v. Taitz.

06/18/2010 122 Emergency MOTION to Strike 121 MOTION for Reconsideration re 118[RECAP] Order (Memorandum and/or Opinion), Order (Memorandum and/or Opinion) filed by EVELYN ADAMS, PHILIP J. BERG, GO EXCEL GLOBAL, LISA LIBERI, LISA M. OSTELLA, THE LAW OFFICES OF PHILIP J. BERG.Plainiffs’ Motion to Strike and/or Seal; for Sanctions; Damages; Attorney Fees; Memorandum of Law; Certificate of Service.(BERG, PHILIP) (Entered: 06/18/2010)

He is right, too:

Defendant Taitz filed this mess for an improper purpose, which includes to further delay the proceedings; waste judicial resources and time; to cost Plaintiffs’ additional Attorney Fees; and to Republish Plaintiff Lisa Liberi’s Social Security Number. This Court must Sanction Defendant Orly Taitz to deter her from any further frivolous filings.

Defendant Taitz will not stop her crusade; she will continue harassing Plaintiffs’ herein; they will continue their illegal activities until this Court puts a stop to it or Plaintiffs are physically hurt. Defendant Taitz is an inexperienced Attorney who has managed to be remembered in every Court that she has appeared.
