Smith Dinner in 2008, saying his middle name was “Steve”–just after saying: “I was actually born on Krypton and sent here by my father Jorel to save the Planet Earth.”

January 12, 2010 – The Birther Big Top Circus is on the road today, appearing in a mortgage redemption case show cause hearing. Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. has hired a real lawyer to represent her, one who has appeared on Donald Trump’s show, “The Apprentice.” Charles Edward Lincoln, III has Birther lawyer Philip Berg representing him. February 3, 2010 – A hearing is held on a Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order filed by Sharon Meroni/Chalice Jackson of Patriot’s Heart Network against Politijab, while she seeks to close off access to public court documents. Among the charges she makes against the political discussion group–where she was, for a short time, a member, but only looking for free legal advice–is that otherwise unidentified Politijab members came to her house a month earlier and tried to sell her meat. Wait, what?

February 3, 2010 – Exploring the possibility of running in the Republican primary for California Secretary of State and wanting to pick up forms to file to run for public office, Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. visits the offices of the Elections Committee of the County of Orange (ECCO), a gay rights PAC. Too busy to do it herself, and considering she had already sued Debra Bowen twice, Taitz solicits supporters to contact the Secretary of State and complain that the (ECCOPAC) office in Santa Ana was locked when she arrived and her phone calls were not returned. Taitz promises, when she is in charge of elections as California Secretary of State, important state offices won’t be closed in the middle of the day for no good reason.

Drew, a “finely-tuned thermometer of Marxist sensibility,” who met Obama on two social occasions at Occidental College, becomes the first of three great white hopes of Birthers in 2010. In May, he would provide video testimony to the Birther Trial of the Century, presumably illustrating that the CIA hired commie pinkos in the Reagan administration.

March 8, 2010 – Future US Rep. Allen West (R-FL) goes full Birther on the campaign trail, wanting to know what passport President Obama used to travel to Pakistan in 1981, a reference to a long-debunked travel ban. The Birthers will hold him to it.

March 30, 2010 – Two of Orly Taitz’s three felons have fallen out, with Charles Edward Lincoln, III, Taitz’s former legal assistant and self-proclaimed boyfriend, calling Lucas Smith, creator of the second Fake Kenyan Birth Certificate, “a brutal, cretinous troglodyte who suffers from compulsive cleptomania.”

A post at RedState raises the profound question: “Obama Goes to Soccer Game that Didn’t Exist?” The same writer, Cat Corben, this time on American Thinker–”Obama Attends Non-Existent Soccer Game?”–uses a deceptive photo from Google Maps of part of a construction dumper to portray the field as in a high crime area, where presumably people don’t play soccer. EricaThunderpaws at Jefferson’s Rebels takes it that one step farther: “As the maps above reveal, the Kenyan Embassy is enroute to the nonexistent soccer game. Coincidence? You tell me.”

May 14, 2010 – Birther Minister of Hate James David Manning opens a “trial” of President Barack Obama and Columbia University for treason, at which he presents “evidence” that Obama’s tenure at Columbia in the 1980s was part of a legend built by the CIA to cover the young Obama’s service in Cold War Afghanistan under President Ronald Reagan. Taitz claims in the Motion that pancake artist Dan Lacey was paid by a mysterious someone (George Soros) to produce this painting to sabotage her candidacy for California Secretary of State, because, everyone knows, otherwise she would have won. June 11, 2010 – Birfistan is in a frenzy over the emergence of a tape of one Tim Adams recorded at a white supremacy conference. Birthers believe they have found another great white hope for the year in this self-described “Chief Elections Clerk of Hawaii,” who claims to have had information from his “boss” that Obama was not born in that state. Adams turns out to have been on a temp assignment for the 2008 pre-election season as a college student. Described by the administrator of the Honolulu City Clerk’s office as a “low-level data entry position dealing with voter registration and absentee ballots,” not only Adams, but the office had “no access to birth records.” Office access was limited to the State Voter Registration system, where Obama, as a resident of Illinois, was not registered. The brief temporary tenure of Tim Adams at the City Clerk’s office began sometime after a trip to Australia in May–according to a MySpace post by Adams. He went on or was placed “on leave” sometime in the early-mid summer, a confusing circumstance for a temp worker, which has gone unexplained.

July 20, 2010 – Miffed that Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas Denied her attempt to stay payment of the $20,000 sanction levied against her last year in Rhodes v. MacDonald, Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. asks SCOTUS to allow her to investigate SCOTUS. With the assistance of a forensic document expert and a computer security expert of her choosing, she figures she would verify the signatures of all nine Justices of the Supreme Court and the authority of Clerks who maintain the Court’s docket.

I’ll say it, crazy. He gets it. He understands.” … “Consider what was going through his wrong-headed mind at the time. He’s back from that place. He saw a mirage.
