Not even a felonious con artist who, unforgivably and inhumanly, toyed with an Oswego, New York family, who needed a kidney donation for their son, dismays Orlybots:
In late 2002, a man from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, sent an e-mail to the family. The man, who called himself Lucas Smith, said he was 23 years old and had emigrated from Russia five years earlier. He had seen the Web site and, Smith said, he wanted to help.
The Wilsons stopped searching for a donor. Smith passed all of the medical, physical and psychological tests. They thought he was going to save their son’s life.
Then, on May 3, 2003, Smith sent Jim Wilson Sr. an e-mail saying he wanted to be compensated for donating his kidney.
Wilson said they would pay his airfare, but because it was illegal to receive money for an organ donation, they wouldn’t give him any other cash.
Five months after holding out a lifeline, Lucas Smith disappeared.
The 29-year old Native Born Iowan who as “colmado_naranja” tried to pull off the eBay Hoax Fake Kenyan Birth Certificate (also known as FKBC2) in June, was first convicted of forgery when he was 18 years old and convicted again for forgery when he was 20, and indicted numerous times thereafter for theft or forgery. Yet, on her never-ending mission to, one way or another, bring down the current United States government, Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. chooses this low-life as an associate, files his latest forgery for him in a court of law, and her acolytes cheer!
Last month, Smith put a video on YouTube showing the FKBC2 set in a callejón of what he represents as a Kenya slum. Look at the background as Smith’s camera travels along the callejón. Look at the cinderblock walls. The background looks similar to a callejón that might be found in the Dominican Republic:

Here is Lucas Smith himself, as would strike anyone familiar with Latin America, in the Dominican Republic, where he has lived on and off for years:
The above photos are from a Lucas Smith auction ad on eBay related to the FKBC2. In a July auction on eBay for autographed photos, he wrote:
Added two other photos of Lucas. These two photos are only listed to show the background neighborhood in Africa, which will be of relevance when documenting our story (explain later). These two photos are not for autograph.
And Lucas Smith as a buyer on eBay? What does he buy?
Bearing in mind that Smith has purchased any number of vital records on eBay, suitable for use as templates in the business of forged identity documents, would any reputable attorney, any decent human being, for that matter, do what Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. has done with no qualms whatsoever?
Smith’s affidavit, which includes a copy of the certificate, has been filed with Judge David Carter of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Carter is scheduled to preside over a hearing on the case on Sept. 8.
Taitz told WND she believes the swiftly approaching court date prompted Smith into action:
“He has been in touch with me for quite a while, and he emailed me the document with his signature,” Taitz said. “I think he was trying to figure out the most expedient way to bring his message public, and maybe he felt that because I have a hearing coming, that would be the most expedient way.”
Taitz hopes the court will order expedited discovery, a ruling that would open many of Obama’s currently sealed documents, including his college records and Hawaiian long-form birth certificate, to court scrutiny.
“We’ll see what happens on Tuesday. If Judge Carter has the guts, we may move very fast,” Taitz told WND. “If expedited discovery is ordered, I’ll be dashing to Occidental College and then be on a flight to Hawaii.”
Sounds like Orly’s got her bikini packed. I am sure the Hawaiians will love to see her. In jail for harassing and slandering their state government.
