One Of Orly’s ‘Taters Sets Up Anti-Judge Carter Web Site
It’s here. It’s chock full of lies, just like Orly Taitz.

Taitz encouraged her supporters to contact this Court, both via letters and phone calls. It was improper and unethical for her as an attorney to encourage her supporters to attempt to influence this Court’s decision. Despite these attempts to manipulate this Court, the Court has not considered any outside pleas to influence the Court’s decision.
Taitz NEVER encouraged her supporters to contact the Court. Where did you get this information ? If somebody told you this, isn’t that ex parte communication and isn’t that unethical and improper behaviour for a judge to engage in ? It is true some supporters may have suggested contacting the Court through messages posted on her blog. That is FAR different from acuusing an attorney of doing the same. It is interesting when you made that comment in the October 5 hearing, she tried to respond to your allegations and you cut her off :
Ms. Taitz, if you can control the phone calls. I leave that to you. If not, I want to assure you I’m not accepting any of those phone calls. They’re simply going into an answering machine and being deleted by the secretary. I’ll just say to you I don’t think that that was helpful putting on an internet blog that you thought that people could influence the Court by calling them. It was inappropriate.
MS. TAITZ: May I respond?
THE COURT: No, no, it’s done. You’ve put it out there. Now it’s your responsibility. But it won’t bear on my decision or my writing. My writing will be transparent.
Sheer nonsense from this ‘Tater. It’s undeniable the Birther campaign to sway Judge Carter’s opinion was organized on Orly Taitz’s blog and carried around the right wing Web by her minions. It is so weak to say her fans did all of it on their own, when that blog is so tightly controlled that anything posted to it has got to have her approval. Those letters and faxes and emails were posted there day after day after day. Perhaps that was why her blog recently underwent an update and some of it didn’t make it to the new one. Fortunately, I collected some of it, because ex parte communications with a judge hearing a case is improper.

PLEASE CALL THE CENTRAL DISTRICT COURT IN CA, THE CLERK HAS TO ISSUE A DEFAULT TODAY. HE HAS BEEN DRAGGING HIS FEET SINCE THE 06.02.09.

see my post today, the court in CA corrected the clerical error, they show that Obama was supposed to answer on April 11, please call the court to inquire on the status. they shuld issue a default against him today

On July 5, 2009, a letter from Orlybot Gary M. Wilmott of Simi Valley, CA, was posted to the front page of Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq.’s web site, where, again, nothing is posted without her approval. In the comment section, Taitz pointed out to the commenters:

Orly Taitz would like letters of support to take with her to court on July 13. Please take the time to write a letter to Judge Carter regarding the eligibility issue and emphasize how important it is to respect the U.S. Constitution and the rule of law. If you have written letters before on this issue, then it will be an easy task to just change the salutation. Regardless, everyone should do their part. This is not asking too much if you believe that Barry Soetoro aka Barack Obama has defrauded the American people and usurped the office of POTUS.

After the September 8 hearing, when Judge Carter ordered Taitz to work with co-counsel Gary Kreep, and granted Kreep’s petition, there was a campaign on Taitz’s web site against Kreep to get him thrown off the case, and one of many posts to the front page was this one:
Many will be writing Carter of the antics of these phony clients and you as a professional lawyer, who should back up off of Orly and stop the public molestation.
At the October 5 hearing, Judge Carter said:
I can assure you that during these proceedings, President Obama hasn’t called me, thank you, and applied any pressure, nor has any member from the government, but I can assure you Ms. Taitz, that somethings happened that will not affect my decision, but it is troubling. And that is apparently on your blog you encourage people who subscribe to your blog to contact the courts. We’ve absorbed 40 to a hundred phone calls a day on occasion. You have to be careful, and I assure that it doesn’t — it has the opposite effect.
If there’s any improper pressure or effort, it’s coming because you requested members of the public to literally call the court and give their input.
There is much, much more, but it would take all day to track back the pressure Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. and her fan base have improperly exerted on Judge David O. Carter and his staff, not even counting the disgraceful and ongoing witch hunt against his law clerk.
Birthers never learn, though. On October 31:
Orly, could you PLEASE POST the mailing address of Judge David Carter’s Courtroom in California – so it can be posted on the internet & his office can then be DELUGED with REAL LETTERS – which unlike e-mail – cannot simply be deleted ?
