Another Day, Another Birther Loss

A local paper in Tennessee reported yesterday:

Walt Fitzpatrick has been seeking to indict President Barack Obama on treason charges, but the grand jury failed to grant his request. Grand jury proceedings are kept secret until indictments are handed down, and when the December session for Monroe County was released, neither the president’s name nor Gary Pettway or Jim Stutts was on the list.

Fitzpatrick is claiming President Obama is actually Barry Soeto and was not born in the United States and is therefore serving illegally.

Fitzpatrick has made his case before the Monroe County grand jury before but December was the first time that an indictment might have been returned. Fitzpatrick’s comments to his followers after he came out of the grand jury room indicated he was not going to get what he wanted.

Fitzpatrick told his followers it was looking like they would have to try the case in another county.

Fitzpatrick has also sought indictments against Grand Jury Foreman Pettway and Assistant District Attorney Stutts, saying they are guilty of obstruction of justice in his attempts to indict the President.

This is a different Grand Jury case than this one and this one posted yesterday, but the same general crowd of Birfoon wingers.

I believe this brings the Birther Score now to losses 63-0, though it’s not reflected at this moment.
